Nicole Copley is founder of ngoLAW: a one-stop, experienced, efficient support team for registrations, applications, compliance, advice, contracts and training of NGOs. Nicole is a Master Tax Practitioner SATM; Admitted Attorney (non-practising); BA LLB LLM (Tax) at University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban (Masters in tax exemption). She is author, co-author and now publisher of the ngoMATTERS series of practical guides to setting up, governing, and financial management of non-profits.
